Return Policy

Every War Prints Store kit is made to order. If something arrives defective, we'll make it right.

What we cover

We accept claims within 30 days of delivery for defective products, such as:

• Misprints or print defects
• Parts that are broken on arrival
• Missing parts

How to request a replacement or refund

Email warprintsstore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos showing the defect or the missing or broken parts

What we'll do

Once we confirm the defect, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

What we don't cover

• No returns or refunds for non-defective items or change of mind. Every item is made to order for you, so we can't take back items that arrived as described.
• Damage caused by painting, assembly or modification.
• Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
