Description

This is a 1/32 scale model of the T-34-85 as fielded by the Chinese People's Volunteer Army (PVA) in the Korean War (1950–1953). Perfect for army men. It is the same model as our standard T-34-85, printed in one color with no markings or insignia, ready to paint in Chinese colors or display as-is.

China entered the Korean War in October 1950. Its armored units, equipped with Soviet-supplied T-34-85s, arrived in Korea in 1951 and fought alongside the People's Volunteer Army mainly in support of its infantry through the rest of the war.

For larger army men like BMC Toys, CTS, TSSD, Conte, Plastic Platoon, Mars, etc it is recommended to size up 10% to the true 1/32 scale. For smaller classic toy soldiers like Marx, Tim-Mee, old Airfix, Matchbox, etc, we recommend the 1/35 or even 1/38 if you wish to match the scale of some CTS vehicles. For 28mm tabletop wargaming, choose the 1/56 Kit, which ships unassembled and needs glue (not included).
